elevator was out of order

The facility was clean, and the staff at the front desk were welcoming and eager to assist. However, we faced significant inconvenience when the elevator was out of service during our stay, impacting elderly members of our group. Additionally, the customer service at the bar was lacking. we were denied a second glass of wine even though others were being served multiple drinks without issue. Rooms were appropriately sized but had some maintenance issues that detracted from the experience.

The hotel was nice, especially when using the elevators and having the spacious bar area for relaxing. The room was clean, and I enjoyed a lovely dog-friendly atmosphere. the friendly bartender was a great plus!
